Today was mostly a travel day.
We left Venice this morning and took a train to Cinque Terre!
I spent most of our two train rides in six hours just journaling :)
This was in our stop-over in Milan...we will back back here in a few days.

We are staying in the small village of Monterosso; one of the five villages in Cinque Terre.
We walked out of the train station to this:

We are actually staying in an apartment while we are here. As it turns out, our hostel didn't have another room available for us and we couldn't fit in the one room we had booked. Megan (the girl who runs the hostel) is American and lives here with her Italian boyfriend... she happened to be getting an apartment ready to rent out and let us have it for the next three days.
It's kind of amazing :)
It has three mini floors...

and the bottom is a bathroom, couch, and bed.
I basically want to live here now :)

Now we are off to bed in our cute little apartment and we are headed to the beach tomorrow- more pictures to come!
